The 40th

Last week a dozen red roses appeared on the library circulation desk. Over a week later, they are fully opened and are even more beautiful.

Every teacher and staff person has been by to admire them and ask

"Is it a special day?"

"Yes," I admit.

Conversation ensues.

So I now know that I've been married longer than anyone else in the entire school.
